- Product Type: MayabiStudio sells digital goods, including but not limited to IT exam vouchers, subscription codes, and software licenses. No physical products will be shipped.
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment verification via our payment gateways (including NOWPayments), the digital vouchers or access keys will be delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout, or through the user dashboard.
- Delivery Time: While we aim for instant delivery, some manual verifications may take up to 24–48 hours.
3. Eligible Use of Vouchers
- Customers are solely responsible for verifying that they are purchasing the correct exam voucher for their required certification.
- All vouchers must be redeemed before their respective expiration dates. MayabiStudio is not responsible for expired, unused, or misplaced vouchers once delivered.
